The front design phase is conceptualization. This phase is composed of the Conception which encompasses plan review, space planning, mood images, as well as the development of the initial color and material palette intention. Furthermore, schematics offer the preliminary floor plan layout with finishes as well as the initial furnishing selections. Also, sketched visuals of the projected interior with ceiling designs are executed, accompanied by elevations.

Design Consultancy

In this phase of the project, the decisions made in the previous phase comes together. The construction administration phase is where your project becomes reality. In that respect, we assist in securing your bids, procure your furniture & furnishings, maintain project management and the Construction & Design schedule . Furthermore, we make periodic visits to the job site to make sure the project is being conducted per contract Documents and Specifications as well as, supervise all installations. Finally, in this phase where the project comes to life, we add all the final touches which concludes the design journey as we awaken your satisfaction and excitement.

Construction Administration

• Assist with securing of bids.
• Provide project management supervision of the job site during construction/installation.
• Procure furniture and furnishings by submitting purchase orders to suppliers and installer.
• Assist in the procurement of furniture by submitting purchase orders to suppliers and installers
• Assist in the procurement of furniture and furnishings through bid administration
• Make periodic visits to the job site to ensure work is being done in accordance with the contract documents and specifications
• Supervise installation of furniture, furnishings, and equipment
• Maintain project management and schedule records
